These extra-cheesy sausages are made with finely minced meat mixed with a generous amount of cheese cubes, which melt inside when heated so every bite bursts with rich, cheesy flavour without being overly salty. Each pack is around 500g, providing plenty for family BBQs, hotpot, breakfast plates or party platters, and they cook easily in a pan, air fryer, oven or by boiling then pan-searing, making them a convenient snack or side dish with beer.

Recommended Recipe: Air-Fried Cheesy Sausages (Serves 2–3)

Ingredients:
8–10 extra-cheesy sausages (thawed until slightly soft if frozen)
A light spray of cooking oil (optional)

Method:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and arrange the sausages in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overlap. Lightly spray with oil if you want extra colour.

2. Air fry at 180°C for about 6–8 minutes, shaking or turning once halfway through, until the surface is nicely browned and you can smell the melted cheese aroma.

3. Serve hot with mustard, ketchup, honey mustard or chilli sauce, or slice and add to scrambled eggs, pasta or baked rice.
