Ingredients
A suitable amount of frozen crispy vegetarian spring rolls (for example 8–10 pieces, no need to thaw)
A little cooking oil (spray or lightly brushed on)
Dipping sauces such as sweet and sour sauce, Thai sweet chilli sauce, sesame dressing or soy sauce with chilli
Method
Preheat the air fryer to about 180°C.
Arrange the frozen spring rolls in the basket in a single layer and lightly spray or brush with a thin coat of oil.
Air‑fry for about 8–10 minutes, then flip the spring rolls and cook for another 3–5 minutes until the wrappers are golden brown and crisp.
