Product Description
Anchor Salted Butter is made from premium New Zealand grass-fed cow’s milk, giving it a rich, creamy taste with a smooth texture and a gentle hint of saltiness.
With its natural golden colour and high milk fat content, it is ideal for both baking and everyday cooking, and contains no added preservatives or artificial colouring.
Perfect for spreading on toast, making cakes and cookies, or adding flavour to sauces, vegetables and meats, it is a versatile staple to keep in your fridge.
Recommended Recipe: Butter-Pan-Seared Signature Croissant (Serves 1–2)
Ingredients:
2–4 pieces of TTMALL signature butter croissants (baked or air-fried beforehand)
About 15–20g Anchor salted butter
A little icing sugar (optional)
Jam, condensed milk, maple syrup or honey to taste (optional)
Method:
TTMALL frozen croissants, reheat in an oven or air fryer according to instructions until the outside is crisp and the inside is warmed through.
Melt Anchor salted butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat until it starts to bubble gently.
Place the croissants in the pan and pan-sear slowly, turning occasionally so that the bottom and sides are coated with butter and lightly crisped and golden.
Cook for about 2–4 minutes until extra fragrant and slightly more golden, then remove from the pan.
Serve immediately, dusting with a little icing sugar if desired, and enjoy with jam, condensed milk, maple syrup or honey for a simple yet indulgent breakfast or afternoon treat.
