即磨喜馬拉雅山粉紅岩鹽採自喜馬拉雅山山脈附近的深層岩鹽礦，呈淡粉紅色，含多種天然礦物質，屬未經精製的天然岩鹽，無額外添加色素或防腐劑。 粗粒岩鹽配上磨鹽樽設計，用幾多磨幾多，鹽香更新鮮，粒度亦可以自己控制，無論係煎牛扒、燒海鮮、烤蔬菜、沙律，做到臨上碟先「面層輕輕磨一層」，味道更立體。 相比普通食鹽，粉紅岩鹽鹹味較溫和、帶少少礦物味，用來代替粗海鹽調味或醃肉、燒烤都非常適合。
