MIRATORG is one of Russia’s leading meat producers, controlling everything from animal raising and processing to freezing and distribution, focusing on consistent, high-quality products under a “no compromise on quality” philosophy. These MIRATORG French-style chicken dumplings are filled with tender chicken and a light creamy, herby seasoning, somewhere between classic dumplings and a creamy chicken filling. Each bite is soft, savoury and slightly buttery, and the wrapper has a balanced thickness that holds up well whether boiled, steamed or pan-fried. The 700g pack is convenient for family dinners, late-night snacks or hot pot add-ons, and can be served simply as dumplings or dressed up with sour cream, cheese or herbs for a more European feel.
Recommended recipe: French-style creamy chicken dumpling soup (serves 2–3)
Ingredients:
-
700g MIRATORG French-style chicken dumplings
-
Water, enough to cook the dumplings
-
A pinch of salt (optional)
-
A little butter (optional, for serving)
-
A sprinkle of chopped herbs such as parsley or coriander
Method:
-
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt if desired.
-
Add the frozen dumplings directly to the boiling water and stir gently to prevent sticking.
-
Once the dumplings float, continue cooking for about 5–7 minutes, adjusting to your preferred tenderness.
-
Drain and plate the dumplings, topping with a little butter and chopped herbs for extra aroma.
-
Serve as they are, or with white sauce, sour cream or a grind of black pepper for a more French-style finish.
