Ingredients :
2 pcs French foie gras slices
2–4 slices baguette or toast
A pinch of sea salt or fleur de sel
Freshly ground black pepper
A drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze (optional)
A few slices of apple, fig or mixed berries for garnish
Method :
Take the foie gras out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes until slightly softened, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
