呢款 M8 和牛火鍋片係全精修嘅，去除多餘油脂，淨係留低精華。油花好似細雪一樣均勻鋪滿，片得薄厚適中，透光睇仲有靚麗花紋。肉質嫩滑到極點，一涮就熟，入口滿是濃郁奶香，鮮甜多汁，正到痹！
解凍好方便，雪櫃急凍層拎出嚟，放冷藏格隔夜就得；臨時想食，密封袋套住浸冷水，換幾次水，半個鐘搞掂，夠晒快手。
打邊爐嘅話，滾水落去涮 8-10 秒，見到肉片微微捲起就可以拎上嚟，蘸少少沙茶或者麻醬，啖啖都係奢華口感，油脂香同肉香在嘴裡爆開，根本停唔到口！
