呢款俄羅斯清真牛雞肉餃子用牛肉加雞肉做餡，味道香濃但唔會太膩，餃子細細粒好易入口，無論大人小朋友都啱食。
餃皮厚薄適中，煮完唔易爛，咬落去仲有湯汁同肉汁，加少少牛油、香草或者簡單豉油醋已經好好味。
