呢款大粒東方式湯包每粒都飽飽滿滿，外形似細細隻包仔，但食落又有水餃嗰種爽口感，好似小籠包同水餃之間嘅混合版。
煮熟之後皮薄帶少少嚼口，入面餡料多汁，清水汆熟配醋汁、煎香做鍋貼都一樣啱食，懶人開餐一鍋搞掂。
