These Uruguay hormone-free purebred Black Angus ribeye steaks are sourced from cattle raised on open pastures and then finished on grain for over 200 days, giving fine, even marbling and a deep, satisfying beef flavour. The cattle are free from added growth hormones and antibiotics, and are naturally pasture-raised, so the beef tastes clean, rich and without any unpleasant odour, matching modern expectations for healthier, higher-quality meat. Ribeye is known for its beautiful fat cap and marbling, and this cut delivers a tender, silky texture with plenty of juiciness; many describe it as having wagyu-like richness at around half the price of typical Australian wagyu. Each set contains 5 steaks, around 250g each, with substantial thickness and presence, perfect for steak nights at home, BBQ gatherings or sharing platters, and ideal for stocking up in the freezer and cooking anytime.
